Lots of fun stuff and helpful people. Been my go to place most of my life, and it's where I send people who ask about my various vehicles. Yes, it can be busy at certain times, but that's because they'll actually try to help people. And they've found lots of obscure parts for me over the years. They can also do repairs and soldering as needed. Cheers.

We came in to this store looking to by the 1979 pontiac firebird model and walked out with a Maxx and Rustler 4x4 and the model i was looking for! the staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable on anything and everything in the store. they help put parts in cars for us new to the hobby and they explain everything you could possibly ever want to know. they have a large selection of products and can also order in what your looking for. i shopped online first but realized that rc pit stop has prices you just cant beat. their shop is clean and organized and very family friendly. thank you to all the staff for making getting into the rc hobby fun, safe, fast and easy!!!

Had issues with my rc car’s battery and charger, called the store to ask some questions, was told to bring it in so they could check it out for me. Went into the store, they did some quick diagnosis, hooked me up with what I needed. Super friendly guy at the front desk, very knowledgeable!

I would not recommend this RC shop. They are understaffed and the girl in the front is completely useless. She will be on her phone the whole time and not be able to help. She will direct you to other workers who won’t help. It takes 2 people to help one person. They will not pay attention to other customers. Their prices are overpriced as well. Save your time and money and look somewhere else.
